We opened in 2022 with one idea: cook the kind of food we actually want to eat. Sourced from Tennessee farms, made in-house, and served without ceremony.
The room is small on purpose. The wine list is weird on purpose. The menu changes because good produce doesn't wait.
Reservations
We hold reservations up to 7 days out. Parties of 7 or more, email us directly. Walk-ins always welcome at the bar.
